Different types of implementation strategies

Parallel conversion - Implementing the new system along with the old system as a backup.
Direct changeover- Dropping the old system and putting the new system in to use.
Pilot Conversion – Implementing the working version of the new system in one part of the organization and when this is successful implement on another part.
Phased Conversion-Implementing the new system module wise.

Implementation of WBPMS

WBPMS was implemented with phased conversion. The organization now running the new system. The advantages of phased conversion are to overcome the disadvantage of old system and adding new features by implementing new modules.
